"The Conundrum" - 12 pieces *

Each piece of this sculpture is carefully crafted for a smooth interlocking fit with adjacent pieces.

Each piece of "The Conundrum"is initially formed on computerized milling equipment to tolerances of plus/minus 0.0015". This is required to get the precision fit we desire.This phase produces rough milled pieces that have extremely sharp edges and unsightly marks. Each piece is then meticulously finished by rounding all edges and corners. Finally, the pieces are tested for a smooth sliding fit and hand sanded giving each a beautiful brushed finish. Some pieces have the addition of a chemical coloration (patina). This time intensive process gives this puzzle sculpture an incredible "fit and feel." You've never seen anything like it!

NOTES:
#1-This is a 1" cube of solid 99.9% SILVER bullion and weighs approximately 5 1/2 troy ounces. This piece is shown in solid SILVER with a standard brushed finish.

#1 (optional)-This is a 1" cube of solid 99.9% GOLD bullion and weighs approximately 10 troy ounces. This piece is shown in solid GOLD with a hammered finish.

#1 (optional)-This is a copper box with a matching cover that when put together has outside dimensions equal to the 1" central cube piece shown above. This box can be used to hide a special gift inside the puzzle since it can easily accomodate almost any ring. It is shown with a matte finish.

#2-This is made of solid copper and shown with a standard finish.

#3-This is made of solid brass and shown with a standard finish.

#4-This simple "C"shape is made of solid stainless steel with a standard finish.

#5-This is made of solid brass shown with a standard finish.

#6-This is solid aluminium shown with a standard finish.

#7-This is the most complicated piece of the puzzle. It is made of solid brass and shown with a standard finish.

#8-This is solid brass with a dark brown patina.
