G.A.R. Hall was the meeting place for the Women's Relief Corp, Carpenter Post 65, established after the Civil War. The group held meetings in the building on Pearl from the early 1900's til about 1960 at which point its membership dwindled. G. A. R. Hall has two separate office suites on the main level (110 Pearl and 108 Pearl). Each is about 1200 square feet. They are both fully equipped with handicap accessible bathrooms and forced air heat and air conditioning. The west half which is 110 Pearl has been completely remodelled to match its original construction circa 1880. It has a reception area, large open office area and private office/conference room in the back. The east half which is 108 Pearl is essentially one large open room with a storage area in the back along with a handicap accessible bathroom. It is spacious with 10' ceilings and the entire east wall and part of the west wall are exposed brick. In Mid-2007, the 110 Pearl side of Gar Hall was sold to Ken and Deb Laakko so we now only manage leasing the 108 Pearl Street half of the building. Downtown conveniences are located nearby. It is a short walk to a variety of restaurants, Depot Town and Riverside Park.
